No Kid Hungry helps feed children who are affected by school closures during the pandemic.
These are strange times with a lot of fear and uncertainty. This children’s book may not make you feel better or help you talk to your children about the Coronavirus. Sorry. We don’t mean to offend anyone truly hurt by the pandemic, but we thought this format would focus attention to the seriousness in a fun way. In the spirit of social distancing, we released the book as a downloadable pdf. All we ask is that you give what you can to help those in need.
If you want actual information on the Coronavirus, please go to the CDC and WHO websites. If you’re having trouble talking to your kids about what is happening in the world. Take a deep breath and do your best. Children are smarter and more aware than we give them credit . It’s ok to not have all the answers. Or if you want some actual help, seek professional advice, preferably not from people who write weird children’s books.
